Ferry Beach State Park
Ferry Beach State Park is a dog-friendly spot in Saco, ME. You can bring Fido with you to enjoy this stunning golden sand beach and surrounding area. Visitors are reminded that no pets are allowed on State Park beaches between April 1 and September 30, they should always be on a leash under six feet, and all mess should be cleaned up after them. Along the shore and among the forest, you'll notice a stand of tupelo trees, also known as black gum, from the pet-friendly nature trail that weaves around the shoreline and among the swampy marshes.
