Nelson Acres
Leashed dogs are welcome in the pet-friendly Nelson Acres recreation area in Pilot Mountain, NC. Visitors can enjoy a walking trail that spans just over three miles through the woods of this park or a cut-through path if looking for a shorter stroll. There are also five camping sites and a few picnic tables along the way.
