Heaton Park

Heaton Park is pet-friendly. Located in Manchester, this large municipal park covers 600-acres in total. Dogs are welcome in the park, as long as they are on a leash throughout. Take a wander past the 18-hole golf course and check out the rowing boats on the lake. The pathways wind gently around the green spaces in the park and make for a great setting for an afternoon stroll. Stop for a moment on one of the benches adjacent to a large pond.
