Lake Hope State Park

Lake Hope State Park is a pet-friendly area located in southeastern Ohio in the town of McArthur. This 2,983-acre recreation area is a natural paradise, and the scenery offers many opportunities for photographers, hikers and historians to enjoy. Great park. Limited with dogs.
The park was beautiful. Camping spaces were decently spaced apart. The trails were great and tiring for our dogs. We wanted to go canoeing, but you can’t even have dogs on the beach. We ended up driving around and walking a few trails.
