Porthpean Beach
Porthpean Beach is pet-friendly. This sandy, sheltered beach is popular with families. The cliffs to the east are used by nesting birds, and there are lots of rock pools to the west. Dogs are welcome on the beach from Easter Sunday through September 29. On the coastal footpath, there's an easy walk to the Georgian port of Charlestown to the east.
