Dogs are welcome to play off leash at the Columbia Doggie Park in Columbia, SC, which has drinking water available. This fenced pup recreation area is right beside the Columbia City animal shelter and even features a doggie pond! The annual pass gives you unlimited access to the park and pond and a park tag for your dog's collar. The same requirements of up-to-date shots and proof of having been spayed/neutered apply for admission.
