Cathedral Rock Trail

Cathedral Rock Trail in Mount Charleston, NV, is pet friendly. At nearly three miles, this out-and-back trail is rated moderate as it can get a little steep at times. Bring your leashed pooch with you to wander up from Mazie Canyon, enjoying wildflowers and butterflies during the spring. You can pause for a moment at the waterfall around halfway up the pathway which has an old road leading to it. The trail climbs a few short, steep switchbacks before reaching the summit, with a spectacular view of Kyle Canyon.
