The Perch is an urban rooftop park located eleven stories up on the top of Capital One Center in McLean, VA. The 2.5-acre recreation space features an 18-hole mini-golf course, a sculpture garden, an amphitheater, and most importantly, a dog park with artificial turf for your pooch to play on.
