Bald Rock Heritage Preserve

Bald Rock Heritage Preserve is a dog-friendly scenic overlook located within Caesars Head State Park in Cleveland, SC. Leashed dogs are welcome to join you when stepping out onto the wide rock outcropping to admire stunning mountain views. Set off from a small pull-off on the east side of U.S. 276 to an adjoining footbridge near the parking area. Don't be deterred if you or your four-legged companion dislike heights, the summit of Bald Rock is so expansive that you can take in the full scale view without feeling as if you're teetering on the edge.
