I am from a desert, and this park is very beautiful. It is an off leash park that is fenced in. This park has several benches to relax while your dog plays. There are more then enough trees and bushes for shade in case it's to hot. In all the times I went, there has been a decent amount of well behaved dogs and responsible individuals who take responsibility of their pets actions and messes if any are to occur. There is a small trail to take a stroll in. I recommend bringing a good amount of water when visiting.

There are lots of dogs during peak times. If you go early or off times it is quieter. Everyone has been very friendly. Like the new message board to find out what is going on with the park.

My dog and I have visited numerous dog parks throughout the state of WI. This is by far the filthiest one we have ever been to. Piles of dog waste all over so be careful where you step at all times. And several "used" bags laying all over the grounds - despite the garbage recepticle t right at the entrance to the park. The people using the park should take more pride in it.

With all the improvements going on the Oshkosh Dog Park is a great place for the dogs and people to socialize. Only wish I could be there more often

The County is now working with a Friends group and the park is being better maintained as well as expansion for another park in the county to take some stress off the Oshkosh Park. The new path going to the back as well as entry area is awesome

Winnebago County and Oshkosh parks commissioners are unfriendly to dogs. There are few places for dogs in general and this is the only place for unleashed dogs. This is too crowded at peak times and wet and muddy after rains and in spring. There have been attacks and injuries. The park that it is in has a lot of space but none is open to dogs. too bad.
