Fire Island Ferries

All aboard a pet-friendly vessel from Fire Island Ferries in Bay Shore, NY. Leashed dogs are welcome to join you on board and on Fire Island, the large center island of the barrier islands south of Long Island. Pets are not permitted within the Fire Island Wilderness or on Fire Island National Seashore's ocean beaches (Lighthouse, Sailors Haven, Watch Hill, Talisman, and Wilderness) from March 15 through Labor Day, but are still free to explore boardwalks and other areas on a leash.
