Malabar Farm State Park

Your pup is welcome to join you at Malabar Farm State Park, a dog-friendly property in Lucas, OH. Originally the home of author Louis Bromfield, Malabar Farm is now managed by the Ohio State Park system. Louis Bromfield was a lover of his pet Boxers, and dogs have always been an important part of Malabar Farms. If touring the Big House, look for scratches on the wooden floor from Louis' dogs! Visiting the property offers activities like hiking the trails, saying hello to the farm animals in the bar, and stopping by the Visitor Center for gifts, snacks, and famous Malabar Farm Fudge.
