Carolina Pines Park is a dog-friendly 38.7-acre recreation area in Raleigh, NC. This community park offers visitors many amenities, including an off-leash dog park, tennis courts, volleyball courts, sports fields, playgrounds and more. Dogs must remain leashed when visiting unless in the designated off-leash play area.
