Kawaihae Harbor
Kawaihae Harbor in Waimea, HI is home to a pet friendly beach. Head to the beach landing shipping docks. There are two separate dog-friendly areas here, including one with a gradual slope into the water to allow easy access to water dogs. Don't forget to bring ID to gain entry.
