Burton Island State Park
St. Albans, VT is home to Burton Island State Park, a 253-acre, pet-friendly recreation area welcoming dogs and their owners to explore together. After taking a boat ride to the island where this park is located, visitors can partake in activities like hiking, camping, fishing, picnicking and more. Dogs aren't permitted in the designated swimming or the marina, but they are welcome everywhere else in the park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
