Allegheny Islands State Park
Visit the dog-friendly Allegheny Islands State Park in Cheswick, PA. Leashed furry friends are welcome at this 50-acre recreation area, which consists of two islands and seven shoals in the Allegheny River. You and Fido will find tons of vegetation, wildlife and pathways to explore. Pets are permitted but must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Dogs are not allowed in buildings or swimming areas.
