Cook Forest State Park
Visit the dog-friendly Cook Forest State Park in Cooksburg, PA. Leashed pets are welcome at this 8,500-acre state recreation area, which features a 13-mile stretch of the Clarion River, creating opportunities for canoeing, tubing, kayaking, hiking, picnicking and more. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after, and aren't permitted in swimming areas.
