Keewaydin State Park

Leashed dogs are welcome at Keewaydin State Park, a pet-friendly recreation area in Alexandria Bay, NY. Located on the St. Lawrence River, this park provides ample opportunities for boating and fishing. Camping, picnicking and cross-country skiing are also popular. A maximum of two pets can join you at the park’s campsites and day-use areas. Pets are to be supervised and on a leash under six feet in length, and aren’t permitted in playgrounds, buildings, golf courses, boardwalks, pools, spray grounds or guarded beaches.
