Altus Lugert Wildlife Management Area, spanning 3,600 acres in Granite, OK, is a pet-friendly destination popular for hunting. Adjacent to Lake Altus, it features river bottoms, dense vegetation, wooded areas, and mixed/tallgrass prairie patches. Dogs are welcome, but aren't permitted from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset during deer hunting season.
