Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint, with its rugged basalt-rimmed bay, offers spectacular views of wild surf and is a prime spot for year-round whale watching in Depoe Bay, OR. This pet-friendly place is a great spot for a leisurely stroll or picnic with Fido, and at low tide, you can even glimpse the remains of the J. Marhoffer shipwreck, including its boiler, from a 1910 explosion.
