Short Pump Town Center is a pet-friendly open-air shopping mall in Richmond, VA. Leashed dogs are welcome in the common areas, and there are pet waste stations throughout the mall. Some stores designated with window stickers allow dogs inside. There are several water features to enjoy, including fountains and koi ponds, and there's a designated pet relief area on the back side of the mall.
