Nice size dog park with grass, water and a pool. There was water available and a pool. A dozen large trees helped with the August sun!
- KAYJul 8, 2022Very clean dog park
Plenty of room to run shade and benches provided as well as water. Not far from I90 for a quick stop on my road trip

This gem was perfect for us passing through town! We wanted to let our pooch stretch his legs and this was the perfect place! Everyone is SO friendly and it was pretty well kept!

Thorne Rider Dog Park is the best and most used dog park. There are three entrances which means three exits just in case. Humans can get lots of exercise while the dogs all play. People really watch their dogs and all get along. The dogs love the big trees and 'tree houses'. Bring water and there are many bowls available. This really is the best and most convenient. Poop bags are at every entrance with waste receptacles/

Overall, a great dog park. My pit bull loves it as its one of the few places he will play with other dogs. Most of the dogs that I see there are well behaved.

Traveling from Washington State to Colorado staying the night in Sheridan. Limited area to exercise the dog at the hotel, and found this lovely little park. Fully fenced, water, poo bags and trash cans. Several tables and benches and a porta potty for the the owners. Friendly owners and dogs. Stopped here on return trip to give pup a break from the car.
- JanetteMore than a year agoSheridan Dog Park
This dog park has water, picnic tables, doggie do bags/trash cans. It used to be a baseball field, so shade is limited. It is a small park that does not have a seperate area for small or elderly dogs. I used to take my border collie regularly, but have to watch for the rottweilers and huskys that dominate certain times of the day. Had to pull a rottie off my BC while the owner was not paying attention. There are no human bathroom facilities here.
