Olde Port Beach Olde Port Beach is a dog-friendly beach in San Luis Obispo, CA. This popular spot is the first beach you will find after crossing the bridge out of Avila and into Port San Luis. It welcomes dogs to play off leash. This stretch of sand is enclosed on each end by a cliff, so pups can’t get too far.
