Canines are prohibited in the restricted beach area between Champion St and the Spurwink River from April 1 through Labor Day. During the off-season (after Labor Day to May 14), pups are allowed on the beach under voice control at any time except between 1 PM and 3 PM, when a leash is required. Look for posted red signs marking restricted areas.
