Plastic bags are available at both entrances to the park, which can be found at the parking lot at the intersection of Folsom and Bernal Heights (north entrance) or where Bernal Heights dead ends (south entrance).

Dog handlers are limited to three dogs under their care. The Canine Corral is closed for maintenance every Tuesday until noon and for Winter Moratorium from December until March.
