You can also check out the walking trail around the perimeter of the pond, which includes two bridges built by local Boy Scouts. The park is well-lit after dark and there are soda machines available for thirsty dog owners.

The Boneyard in Madison, WI, is a dog park with the joys of a biergarten, featuring on-and-off-leash recreation for dogs and humans to enjoy together. While you hang out, the Boneyard’s “Barktenders” will pull you a pint from 16 taps that include beer, coffee, wine and more. A day pass or annual membership is required. Dog owners must sign an electronic waiver on the website before bringing Fido to the beer garden.

Beer, wine, fun cocktails, water and soda are available for the humans. There is also a self-serve wash & dry onsite, and they also offer grooming, doggie daycare, and boarding. The Hounds & Tap is open Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 9pm, Friday from 4pm to 10pm, Saturday from 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.
