      Poor customer service

      We were given a dirty room and no one immediately came to assist for it to be cleaned and sheets changed.

      Not unexpected, low quality

      It sufficed to get me and my pets out of the cold, but it was run down. The linens had been cleaned at least. And the price was right for what you get vs better chains. No frills place but I had no issues staying there for 1 night. And they let me bring 2 dogs and 4 parrots as well for no extra charge, so that was worth the rougher condition of the place in my opinion. I don't need "fancy"; I want to feel safe enough and also like parking just outside the rooms vs having to carry 4 crates of birds up stairs and down a hallway. So it worked for me.

      If zero bones were an option...

      Staff was nice. Room was disgusting including mold around shower, questionable stains in walls and linens, reeked of urine. Spilled water on floor and used their white towel to mop it up. Towel was black. 🤢 Paid for two nights, but got the heck outta there after one since I was surrounded by some seriously questionable unsavory sorts. Just don't do it.

      Deserved a Zero

      The worst motel I've ever been in. Filthy floors. Hair everywhere. Bugs. Really didn't have a choice as there were no rooms available elsewhere in town because of rally. Does not deserve to be listed on BringFido.

      Terrible Dirty Bugs

      unbelievable dirty outside trash everywhere. Bugs a lot of bugs, didn’t give the bed size room we paid for and would correct. Never stay at a Motel 6 again.
