This photo was taken in Cayucos, CA. We kept them on the cable even though lots of dogs were off-leash, it was posted that dogs should remain on a leash at all times. The anchor surprisingly stayed in the sand even when Bella took off after a sandpiper. And they were happy as could be, even on the leash when we took them into the water.
