BRU handbuilt ales and eats is a dog-friendly establishment. The owner, Ian Clark, pairs his passion and knowledge for crafted food with never-filtered, naturally carbonated ales. At dinner time, you could try the Lion's mane mushroom ravioli, served with parmesan brodo, burrata, charred asparagus, and red wine agrodolce. You can also accompany your interesting dinner with one of the fourteen rotating ales on tap. BRU is open Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 10:00pm and Sunday from 11:30am to 9:00pm.
