Friendly Staff
Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque WestThe property was convenient to the interstate and easy to get to. The rooms were all outside entry, which I appreciate when traveling with my dogs. I didn't get up early enough for the breakfast so can't comment. The only negatives for me were the carpet, worn and dirty looking, and no grassy area but several rocky areas which work for my dogs. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful with directions.

Great Stay
Baymont by Wyndham Oklahoma City AirportI really appreciate being able to park right in front of my room. Makes it so easy to unpack the car, carry in all the dog stuff and to quickly be able to walk them. The room was very nice, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a desk that had the electrical plugs in the lamp. Bonus was the room also had a door to the interior corridor that went down to the lobby, gave access to the vending and ice machines. They also had a coin op laundry. Very convenient to the freeway but not noisy. The staff I met were all very friendly and were "pet" people themselves, which is always nice.

Great Stay
Rio del Sol Inn NeedlesVery clean and well appointed room. Furnished with a large desk that includes built-in plugs for electronics. Drive up and park outside the room if you get in early enough, but all parking seems to be fairly convenient. Staff very nice and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again.

Not a pleasant stay
Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lincoln NEThe room was very dark, only one table lamp in the room itself, vanity light by the door and of course in the tiny bathroom. No desk, just a very small table and an armchair, choose the bed or the chair to sit. Woke up to NO hot water and barely a trickle of cold, the boiler blew up in the night. All they offered for the inconvenience was a late checkout, but the plumber had only arrived at 9-10am. I'm sure not many guests would take the chance on that. I'll never stay at Red Roof again!

Mostly Good
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham CheyenneFriendly hotel staff, large area to walk dogs and a clean room. My only complaints are the wake-up call service was not working and the front desk clerk did not direct me to the clock in the room. My other concern, the flooring is indoor outdoor carpet, rather dirty. Suggest they change to laminate flooring.

Surprising?
Motel 6 Elko NVI was pleasantly surprised with the condition and cleanliness of the room. Staff was efficient and friendly. Not a posh room but certainly nice for the price except NO air conditioning, windows have no screens and the room was stuffy and HOT. They said it was technically still winter in NV so the heat was on, they tried to switch to air conditioning, no luck, couldn't have slept with it anyway, the fan was so loud. That's my only complaint, too hot in room.
