Clean and reasonable

I told the desk clerk that the dog was a service animal, she acknowledged my statement and then charged the pet fee anyway. After I questioned the charge, she said she’d have to leave a note for her supervisor and have the pet fee credited back to my card. I won’t know until I get my statement whether the credit is issued! The only other issue was the number of towels in the room - 2 sets of towels for 3 guests. :(
