Needs renovation

The rugs were pealing up on the wall and patched rugs were poorly installed in the bedroom area. There was a broken lamp shade we fixed. We stayed in the same room 2 years prior. The glass window was broken ( 4 ft crack clear taped) then and still on this last visit. The bathroom door handle surround was falling off and same in the bedroom. The bedroom door handle surround we fixed. The room is very dated and looks like it was designed in the 90's. Same with the bathroom. The top bed sheet had 3 inch long human hairs on them. I counted 9 of them. The bedding appeared clean except one pillow with the same hair. I took pictures and a video of the room to document the facts. The plus is the room size and the bedroom has a door from the living room area. I do not recommend this hotel for pet friendly rooms.
