They said we didn’t have a reservation!
Boston InnWe arrived at the hotel, we were told they had no rooms left and that we did not have a reservation. Even though I had a copy of the confirmation number and the email saying that we had a room. He just said look there’s nothing I can do for you I have no rooms, and walked away from the counter at 8 PM at night I was scrambling to find a place to stay for the evening . DO NOT BOOK A ROOM WITH THEM!
