Don't stay here
Baymont by Wyndham JacksonI was late for check-in, they didn’t allow check-in by phone. I called multiple times prior to let them know that I had been detoured and my estimated arrival time. All they told me was “I’m sorry, you can’t check in after that time. Our system runs an audit at 3am. We can’t refund, there’s nothing that we can do.” I’m out $480. Poor, poor customer service. I would give them no bones if that was an option.
