Awful stay, do not reccomend

We booked a king suite, showed up and were told we had a king standard room and they wouldn't be moving us. Had to call BringFido to get them to refund the difference in the stay amount (nearly $150), Hotel claimed they had an emergency come up. Said emergency was a softball tournament, hardly an emergency? Elevator was inoperable for over half our stay which wasn't super fun being stuck now on the top floor and mobility limited. Room ended up being a queen standard, not a king standard, with a non functional TV and AC unit. Trash sat outside of breakfast area for 2vdays as well. Spent the weekend sweaty and partially trapped on the third floor. Kind staff but run so poorly by business owner.
