Disappointed
Extended Stay America Suites Indianapolis CastletonWhile they tried to fix the situation, found a cockroach in the room which was not cleaned well. They did give us another room which was clean but for me I couldn’t forget seeing the bug. Didn’t really seemed surprised by what I reported, and no real apologies. Won’t go back again and wouldn’t recommend.

Great service
Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville Papermill DriveEveryone was very friendly. It was super clean. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling with their fur baby.
