Good price, clean room, great view

Unfortunately, there wasn't even a bowl of water for our little Amy (thankfully we had one). The most difficult part of the stay was the fact that we had to climb up these very tall, rickety old stairs to the second floor. Amy made it up 1about 1/2 way and then totally freaked out...she could SEE down to the first floor (a really long drop) and it scared her and she wouldn't go up any further and tried to go back down... dragging me along with her! NOT GOOD! She's tiny but quite mighty (she's a little Maltese). Frankly, even without her, I was a bit afraid of the stairs, too! We have a lot of stairs in our own home and they've never bother her - but these stairs were downright dangerous for a child or animal (large or small) to traverse.
