The dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Dead roach in the refrigerator and live one on bathroom sink. Piece of ceiling coming off over the bed. Baseboards held on with masking tape. Bathroom door hanging by one jingle. Chair stained by who knows what? Wyndham should be ashamed to claim this hotel. Never again.

Great hotel!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nicely renovated rooms. Comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is old and musty, but Michael at the front desk was awesome. Working alone with difficult people trying to check in.

This hotel advertised a multi million dollar renovation. No way, it was old, the bed linens threadbare, pieces of the bathtub broken, and on and on. Shady people in a lot of the rooms. Did not feel safe. DO NOT recommend.

Was charged $70 for my two small bichons. Way too expensive. Was put on the 3rd floor. Room was nice.

Nicely appointed room On the terrace level for us and 2 small dogs.

The room was comfortable and roomy. Great king size bed. Puppies had lots of room to play.

The hotel was mostly occupied by residentially challenged individuals. Since no smoking is allowed in the rooms, 10-15 people were constantly congregated at the entrances and in the dog walk area to smoke. None of them wore masks and no one was socially distancing. I was afraid to walk my 2 small dogs in the evening. The outside doors was constantly propped open so a key to enter was not necessary.

Our room keys were inefficient. It took 5-6 times of insertion to open the door. (Several homeless men told us we needed to put it in and out real fast). The toilet took 3-6 attempts to flush to empty the bowl. There was no creamer for coffee in the morning (sorry we’re out).

Staff was very nice, but could do nothing to remedy our complaints.

Will never stay here again.
