Good but could be better

It was just ok. At the beginning I had to sign the typical paper that I would pay for any damages the pets might do. Also said that the hotel would greet and treat the dogs every time they saw them, but this never happened, even when the receptionists were not busy with other guests. Also they never clarified that the dogs couldn't be left alone in the room, but they did say that I could put a hanger in the doorknob to let staff and other guests that the room shouldn't be bothered; I only saw the doorknob by mistake the last night when I asked for treats, even though I requested the doorknob the second day. Overall, it didn't feel like they cared about having pets in their hotel.
