Weird cleaning times.

I don’t really understand why they would clean the park at such a ridiculous time. 2-2:30 right in the middle of the day. There are dog owners waiting in the sun to be let in. Why not clean the park at 9 when the janitors are literally cleaning Otay Pet Vets right next door.
