Practically a trap house

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Part of the reason I booked it was that there is a pool listed. Well, this pool is permanently out of order. The front desk staff had no customer service skilled, there are no trash cans in the room. This whole place is falling apart and there are long term residents who leave piles of trash outside their rooms as well as loiter at all hours of the night. There were so many cracks in the walls and ceiling, suspicious stains and holes in the bedding. One of the beds didn't even have a bed board; just some metal sticking out of the wall. The "security" latch on the door was completely ineffective; my son was able to easily open the door even with it latched. And this is a place that needs extra security! WiFi is not provided with room rental; one has to "purchase" the code. The room was filthy with garbage from previous tenants' under one of the beds. Perhaps the only "good" thing is that there aren't bed bugs!
