Great place for dogs
The Upper Pass Lodge at Magic MountainReally enjoyed our visit here. The staff are lovely, the dogs can join you at the bar or in the large lounge whilst owners have a drink, read a book or play a board game. You can also dine outside with your pooch, weather permitting. The rooms are large and comfy. We're looking forward to visiting again!
Happy with the experience
Red Roof Inn SalemNice big room, all facilities provided, recommended. Interesting that the brochures at reception were for Salem MA rather than Salem NH. Guess not much happens in the NH version.
All good except for the bed size
Motel 6 Brockton MAWe booked a king-sized room for our visit, but there was only a queen-sized bed. Not a big deal, but the bigger bed provides a hint of luxury in even these budget hotels. Other than that, all good.
Pet-friendly staff
Red Roof Inn SyracuseThe rooms were barely big enough to swing a cat (or dog for that matter). I think they allocate their smallest rooms to those bringing pets, but the room was fine and the staff happy to dish out the dog treats upon checking in and out. A very nice touch!
