Lost Reservation, Front desk staff incompetent

Booked a pet-friendly room through BringFido, drove 3 hours to get there and the resort lost the reservation! BringFido booking agent physically spoke to front desk staff 12 hours before check-in and confirmed reservation, yet we were left high and dry. Front desk staff at time of attempted check-in were rude and dismissive and made it seem like it was OUR fault! We will never even consider staying here in the future. Thank you Amy for getting us re-booked at a much nicer place so quickly!
