Not very pet friendly
Extended Stay America Suites - Denver - CentennialPlanned to stay for a month and paid their required pet fees. The manager was very rude and claimed she didn't have to take our money if we have a cat and claimed our room smelled like litter. It was kept clean by us and we found the complaint unwarranted. This was our third day in and we received daily harassment about our cat. They are not pet friendly and will harass you if you have a cat or dog. We only made it to day 6 and couldnt find another place in Denver to stay that night that would accept cats so we had to transfer to another state and it almost caused financial ruin. The staff was very rude. They don't want pets there but they certainly had no problem with taking our money for pet fees (even though they claim they don't have to take our money and have us as customers...over our cat). Don't stay here if you have pets and don't stay here if you don't have them. This place is rude to everybody and they will find excuses to kick you out without a refund.

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Colorado Springs - AirportThey were very accepting of our cat and we stayed there for almost a year due to work. Our cat also enjoyed his stay and the staff was nice to him (he was crated when they entered the room) whenever they cleaned the rooms every two weeks. Like other locations of Woodspring Suites, we paid a $10 daily pet fee due to our extended stay. Can't remember the fee if you're only staying one night, but I think it was around $15 to $30. If you have a dog, theres a trail behind the hotel to walk them. However, there are homeless and soliciters who frequent this parking lot so please yield caution if you take them out at night. Unfortunately, I refuse to stay in another Woodspring Suites again because of the treatment of our cat from a different Woodspring Suites in Denver, but if you're in the Colorado Springs area, this is very accommodating to both cats and dogs.
