Never again

Where to begin. The so called 24 hour front desk was closed when we arrived around 4:00 P.M. We did find our key taped to the door. The free internet access does not exist. I called a number written on the envelope our key was in and was first told the internet wasn’t working and then told they didn’t even have access. My husband used a tool to turn on the bathroom fan since the knob was missing. After a minute it smelled like it was burning so we quickly turned it off. The listing says there is a restaurant, there is not. Would loved to have gotten some ice in the morning but the ice machine is out of order. My husband just said I should say something nice. Hmmm, I guess it was clean enough.
