Can’t get a reservation

This looks like a fabulous hotel, and I have a reservation to stay here, but the pup package is not available for the next year!

Horrible experience

Quality Inn

Didn't get the welcome bag for my dogs. Quality Inn website doesn't indicate dogs can't stay in hotel unattended. Received a call I had to come back when I ran to store. Was double charged for my room. Dogs running loose in hallway. Other guests with dogs left alone in room, no one answering front desk phone. Inconsistent policy enforcement. Thankfully, I have changed my hotel for commencement. Will not stay here again.
