Left me with nowhere to stay

Making a 14 hour move! Called four days prior and talked to Andrea and she said she would allow my 3 dogs since it was just 1 night. Called today to book it and the person that answered was very dry, he stated Andrea didn’t work there anymore and he was enforcing the two dog limit. Now I’m leaving in 6 hours and have nowhere to stay at the halfway point. Terrible.
