Okay Enough
Red Roof Inn PLUS Chicago Hoffman EstatesThis hotel did not have much grass for dogs to potty or run around. The room was very small but clean.
Nice Stay
Motel 6 Rossford OHThe rooms were large and clean. No fee for having a dog. My only complaint was there was very limited areas for dogs to potty or run around.
Not worth the low price
Red Roof Inn Perrysburg0/5. The bathroom was not properly cleaned; there were urine and grime stains on the toilet. The WiFi and TV did not work. We went to ask for a different room and the second one was just as bad. We ended up asking for a refund and booked another hotel 15 min away.
Good Stay
Quality Inn GilletteThe hotel was clean, breakfast in the mornings was pretty decent for continental. The room was small but the bed was comfy and the leather armchair in the room was a nice touch. There was a grassy area at the back of the hotel that was big enough to throw a ball for your pup. My only complaint was that it was a bit noisy; my dog got anxious and barked once or twice at the noises of people outside and on the floor above us.
Good Stay
Motel 6 Albert Lea MNThe room was large and clean. No pet fee! There was a large patch of grass at the back of the hotel big enough to throw your pup a ball. Shout out to the woman working the front desk (she did not normally work the night shift), she is a sweetheart. My only complaints were the construction surrounding made getting to the hotel quite difficult, the ice maker did not work and it was a bit noisy at times.
It'll Get The Job Done
Americas Best Value Inn KadokaThe only option for dog friendly rooms are double queen beds. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but I was still able to get a decent sleep. There is a limited continental breakfast available in the morning. There is not much in the surrounding area. All in all, it didn't blow me away but it was a nice, cheap stay and it was very close to the Badlands National Park.
