Good Retreat for Hurrican Evacuation

The property is tucked away at the back of a sketchy business park, just off I4. Chose for pet friendly policy. Pretty standard common areas and small, slightly dump rooms. What really saved this experience was the staff and the customer service. We booked just before Hurricane Ian, to evacuate our home in Oldsmar. I had no expectations, as everyone's nerves were rattled by the weather. From check-in to the breakfast buffet, we could not had been made to feel more welcomed and at home. As I also work at a resort, I have an understanding of the level of professionalism required to serve the public under such conditions, with your own family and household to consider. It was a much less stressful experience than it could have been. Thank you, Fairfield Suites!
