Great stay
Hampton Inn & Suites Lake GeorgeI booked for a 1 night stay only a few days in advance and they were able to accommodate me and my 95# hound no problem. I was having a very hard time finding a place to stay in Lake George. Plenty of grassy areas around the property which was up on a hill off the main road. There was sidewalk if you chose to walk off the property.

3 night stay
The Boha HotelVery simple yet pleasing room. The building itself is kind of noisy (I had an end unit and could hear everyone using the stairs outside). Not a lot of grassy areas for doggie duties but the road it’s on has sidewalks to easily leave the property. If you’re looking for clean, simple and dog friendly this is a good choice.

If your looking for a place in Old Forge…
Adirondack Pet LodgeAllowed big dogs (my boy is 100#). The standard room was very spacious. It was a 1st floor drive up motel style. There was room for his 48” crate without blocking movement around the room or access to anything (dresser, fridge, closet, beds, etc). Lots of grassy areas on the property and the road it was on had sidewalks.
